The roof guitar
A guitar sits on the roofline, strings gleaming, waiting to be played. Chord says it is not out of tune, just resting.
The cup of coffee
A cup of coffee sits by the bench with a little steam still curling up. It is the good kind for playing late.
The open book
An open book rests by the little lamp, pages half-turned, probably waiting for the next verse.
Chord, the porch musician
Chord only sings the extra verse when someone decides to stay a little longer.
